Although I read blogs every day and have done my share of blogging in the past, the world of blogs still scares me a little bit. It's scary to think that anyone could come across your blog and find out information about you. I've seen a lot of people post very personal feelings on the Internet and I'm totally baffled as to why anyone would want certain parts of his or her life exposed on the internet. Maybe I'll change my opinion and keep this blog going, though! This is my first semester in SLIS and it would be fun to document my experiences in the program...

I have had fun going through some of the Library Weblogs. It's a great way to get a further glimpse inside the world of librarians and the very different types of people who work in the field. I'll be checking my RSS feeds throughout the week and hopefully will have something exciting to say in case anyone is reading this.
